Paul Wexler, President

Paul Wexler, President and founder of Wexler Healthcare & Commercial Properties, has been the leader in healthcare-related real estate transactions throughout the New York metropolitan area for nearly 40 years consummating more than 1,800 healthcare-related transactions representing several billion in sales and aggregate leases.
Mr. Wexler has worked on numerous high-profile transactions with virtually every hospital in Manhattan, represented some of New York’s largest building owners and the finest co-op corporations on Park and Fifth Avenues, and brokered hundreds of office transactions with New York’s most prestigious physicians. Mr. Wexler has served on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Brokerage Division of REBNY and has been a member of The Corcoran Group’s President’s Council for 9 of the last 10 years.

Josef Yadgarov, Partner at Wexler Healthcare & Commercial Properties, is an accomplished healthcare real estate specialist with nearly two decades of experience. Josef has completed over 500 healthcare real estate transactions, successfully negotiating deals with major health systems, large medical groups, imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and individual practitioners throughout Manhattan and the outer boroughs.
As an active member of several important leasing assignments, Josef has demonstrated his ability to interpret and identify the unique needs of healthcare providers.
