PrimaryMD, offering concierge medical services, is expanding its New York City footprint with a new SoHo flagship location at 430 West Broadway. Josef Yadgarov of Wexler Healthcare & Commercial Properties advised and represented PrimaryMD in the lease negotiations for its new location.
430 W Broadway was developed by the Laboz family’s real estate firm, United American Land. This boutique building sits between Spring and Prince streets. PrimaryMD will occupy 3,300 square feet on the second floor, which includes a 1,300-square-foot outdoor terrace (Crain's New York Business).
The new SoHo flagship marks PrimaryMD's sixth borough location, joining existing offices in Hudson Yards, the Upper East Side, Tribeca, and the Flatiron District. Inside, the facility offers a hospitality bar and a private shower, alongside a strict occupancy limit allowing no more than two members inside at a time.
Josef Yadgarov’s Background: Josef Yadgarov is a partner and licensed associate real estate broker with Wexler Healthcare & Commercial Properties, bringing nearly two decades of overall real estate experience with a dedicated focus on medical real estate.
