Hamptons BioMed Signs Upper East Side Lease, Expands Into Manhattan

Hamptons BioMed has signed a 10-year, 2,276-square-foot medical lease at 211 East 70th Street, marking the wellness clinic’s first Manhattan location, according to Commercial Observer. The clinic will open this month on the ground floor of the luxury Upper East Side residential tower designed by Emery Roth & Sons.
The transaction highlights the continued strength of medical and wellness leasing in Manhattan. 2025 saw continued growth in healthcare leasing volume.
The landlord, Rudin, was represented by Kevin Daly, its VP of Office Leasing, and Exclusive Agent, Josef Yadgarov of Wexler Healthcare & Commercial Properties.
